As part of the Vapi Launch Week, we're excited to introduce a feature that will transform the way you collaborate with your team on voice AI projects: Organizations!

What are Organizations?

Organizations allow you to create shared workspaces where you can invite teammates, collaborate on assistants, and share call logs. With Organizations, you can work together to build better voice AI applications and ensure everyone is on the same page.

🏢 Each Organization acts as a separate workspace, with its own set of assistants, call logs, and team members.
🤝🏻 This means you can keep your projects organized and ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.

How can Organizations help you?

Whether you're working with a team of developers, managing multiple clients, or juggling different projects, Organizations make it simple to collaborate and stay organized.

👥 Invite teammates to your workspace, assign roles, and work together to build amazing voice AI applications. With shared access to assistants and call logs, everyone can stay up-to-date and contribute to the project.

🌐 You can also switch between multiple Organizations under the same account, making it easy to manage sub-accounts for different clients or projects. This means you can keep your work separate and ensure that each client or project has its own dedicated workspace.

How do you get started with Organizations?

To start using Organizations, simply click on the bottom left of your Vapi dashboard. From there, you can create a new Organization, invite teammates, and start collaborating!
